“The differences between buying a stolen item, the criminal damage to property, trespassing and burglary are that even though all of them are theft and affect innocent people that work to get their stuff is that sometimes you buy a stolen item you don’t for a fact if is stolen, for example if you go to a garage sale and there selling a lawn mover that was a stolen from another place, yes it still a crime but the problem was that you had n o idea that was stolen. The criminal damage to a property is pretty much self explanatory is when there is an unlawful damage to someone else’s properly or things. Trespassing is going into someones house with out their concern. Burglary is entering someones house and committing a felony.
Larceny is when someone takes unauthorized items of someone. Burglary is when someone goes into a house and steals items from the house. Criminal damage to a property is when someone has a bike with a lock and another person decides to break the bike take the tires out. Some of the motivations are lack of money so they decide to commit that crime to sell whatever they stole, another one is just because they can’t stand people that have better thing than them. Mainly is people steal to resell and get money out of the thing they stole. Most of this need planning for example burglary, people who decide to go into a house sometimes requires planing and time to check who lives in the house and what times the house is alone. “
