If you were the owner of a large firm and had so select a CEO to run it for you, what fictional character (books, movies, songs, games, mythical) would you select and why?

Think about what makes your subject a successful leader, and how those characteristics would be applied to a business enterprise.

Cite specific examples of actions, decisions, and accomplishments your fictional leader has made that would predict success in the business world. How do you think your firm would change as a result of your CEO selection?
